Cancellation policy
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are governed strictly as part of a commercial contract between trading parties. The buyer confirms that all orders, purchase options, subscriptions, and repeat-order arrangements are made for business use, and therefore no consumer cancellation rights apply.
1. General Cancellation Rules
1.1. All orders, including one-off purchases, bulk orders, and recurring purchase options, become binding immediately upon submission.
1.2. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been placed, as processing and dispatch may begin immediately.
1.3. No cancellation will be accepted for reasons relating to change of mind, incorrect ordering, quantity errors, or misunderstanding of product details.
2. Cancellation Before Dispatch
2.1. A request to cancel must be submitted in writing as soon as possible.
2.2. The seller may, at its sole discretion, permit cancellation if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched.
2.3. If cancellation is accepted, the seller may deduct reasonable administrative or handling fees incurred prior to the cancellation request.
2.4. If the order has entered the packing or courier handover stage, cancellation will be refused.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
3.1. Once goods have been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
3.2. The buyer must accept delivery and, if wishing to return goods, follow the standard authorised returns process.
3.3. Any return authorised after dispatch will be treated as a commercial return and will incur the mandatory 50% restocking fee, along with all return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
4. Cancellation of Recurring Purchase Options or Subscriptions
4.1. Recurring purchase options (including scheduled orders, auto-restock arrangements, or subscription deliveries) may be cancelled only by written request.
4.2. Cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled processing date.
4.3. If a recurring order has entered processing or dispatch, cancellation for that cycle will not be granted.
4.4. The seller reserves the right to refuse cancellation where stock has been allocated or business resources committed.
5. Cancellation of Special Orders, Custom Orders, or Reserved Stock
5.1. Orders involving:
– special procurement
– customisation
– reserved or pre-allocated stock
– nonstandard quantities
cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
5.2. These orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable under all circumstances due to commercial commitments undertaken by the seller.
6. Attempted Chargebacks or Forced Cancellations
6.1. Any attempt to cancel an order by initiating a bank chargeback or payment reversal will be treated as a breach of contract.
6.2. The seller will pursue recovery of:
– full invoice value
– mandatory restocking charges where applicable
– administrative expenses
– interest
– legal costs
6.3. The buyer remains liable for all sums contractually owed.
7. Courier-Related Cancellations
7.1. The seller cannot cancel or intercept deliveries once goods are in transit with the courier.
7.2. Any courier issues (loss, delay, misdelivery, or incorrect placement) must be addressed directly by the buyer with the courier.
7.3. Courier circumstances do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
8. Buyer Obligations
8.1. The buyer must ensure that purchase options are selected correctly before checkout.
8.2. The buyer is responsible for verifying quantities, product suitability, delivery details, and repeat-order frequency.
8.3. Errors by the buyer do not justify cancellation or refund outside the authorised returns process.
9. Seller Discretion
9.1. All cancellations are granted solely at the seller’s discretion.
9.2. The seller reserves the right to approve, decline, or conditionally permit cancellation based on operational progress and commercial impact.
9.3. Discretionary cancellations may include fees to reflect costs already incurred.
10. Compliance with Existing Policies
10.1. This cancellation policy operates in full alignment with the seller’s Terms, Returns Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
10.2. All cancellation outcomes are subject to the mandatory restocking fee rules, inspection standards, transit responsibilities, and commercial contract principles already established.
10.3. Where this policy is silent, the broader policies govern and take precedence.
